Join Lanessa, lets get brave, and learn fun ways to make headstand accessible!

We will explore the two main headstands, tripod and supported, as well as several of the leg shapes.

This will be a workshop style yoga class with lots of time to learn and play. Students should have the strength to hold both plank and down dog for a minute each, and be free of neck and shoulder injuries.

"I will explain the anatomy, and necessary actions to safely access this shape and help you build your understanding and confidence to invert. I want to have plenty of time to give each of you the support you need, so this workshop will be limited to a maximum of 12 students. This is the third offering of this workshop here in Fort St. John, both previous events were sell outs!"

About Lanessa: I really enjoy teaching headstands because for me, they were the window into finding my strengths as a person and finally learning to believe in myself. Nothing about relenquishing control and inverting was ever easy for me, which is why I believe I have gained valuable insights and tips for helping others with this action.
